1. Pre-Inspection
   We determine the fabric type and what steps will be necessary for the cleaning process. We also will explain our invoice and the work to be completed.
2. Pre-Vacuum
   We remove as much dry soil and dirt as possible using a HEPA filter vacuum.
3. Pre-Treatment
   Color safe cleaning solutions are applied to your furniture. They then are brushed in to help lift and remove dirt and soil.
4. Heavy Duty Hot Water Extraction
   Super hot water (over 230 degrees) is used to flush the furniture of soils and cleaning solutions. Normal dry time for your furniture will be several hours, but may vary depending on conditions.
5. Furniture Protector
   Our super high quality protector gives protection against both oil and water based spots and spills. Protector helps keep your furniture cleaner longer. It also helps you clean up spills before they become a permanent stain!
6. Post Inspection
   After completing the job we will inspect and re-treat any problem areas.
